Pixflows edits real estate photos and related media for photographers who outsource post-production — HDR exposure blending, day-to-dusk, virtual staging, 360° panoramas, floor plans, video, and more. HDR editing starts at $1.20/image, with 24-hour turnaround on standard orders. Based in Hanoi, Vietnam.

What services do you offer, and how much do they cost?

Four services have a published per-image price: HDR blending, day-to-dusk conversion, panorama editing, and virtual staging. 2D and 3D floor plans are priced per floor instead of per image. Everything else — Matterport staging, video, e-commerce, automotive — is quoted per order because scope varies too much for a flat rate.

For anything in the second group, send a sample file or a short description of the job and you’ll get a quote back — price and turnaround both depend on scope, so there’s no flat rate to publish.

How do I get files to you, and what formats do you accept?

Upload through Dropbox or Google Drive — there’s no dedicated Pixflows portal to log into. We accept RAW (CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, DNG), JPEG, TIFF, and PSD for stills, plus MP4, MOV, and LOG for video work. No file size limit and no minimum order.

Bracket sets, single exposures, floor plan sketches, and Matterport exports all move through the same upload — drop the folder link in your order and note which service each batch is for. If you’re sending more than one job type in the same upload (say, HDR blending on one set and virtual staging on another), flag the split so nothing gets edited the wrong way.

How long does turnaround actually take?

Standard photo orders — HDR blending, day-to-dusk, single-image work, virtual staging, panorama editing — come back in 24 hours from your last file upload. Larger batches, 3D floor plans, Matterport staging, and video run 24-48 hours.

The clock starts when your upload finishes, not when you place the order. Uploading everything in one transfer instead of trickling files in over the day is what keeps a job inside the 24-hour window rather than sliding into the next tier.

What happens if an edit comes back wrong?

Revisions are unlimited and free until you’re happy with the result — no cap on how many rounds, no time limit, no re-edit fee. Send the file back with notes on what needs to change and it goes through the same turnaround as the original order.

Delivered files stay on file for 30 days, so there’s a window to catch anything that needs a second look after you’ve had time to compare it against the rest of the shoot.

What do you edit, and what’s off-limits?

We work on the photos and video you send us — exposure blending, color and white balance, vertical correction, sky replacement, item removal, and virtual staging. We don’t shoot the listing, don’t advise on pricing or marketing, and virtual staging never changes the structure of the room.

On staging specifically: we add furniture and decor to photos of rooms that are already empty. We don’t alter walls, floors, ceilings, or fixed fixtures, and we don’t use staging to cover up damage — whatever condition the room is actually in stays visible under the added furniture. California’s AB 723, in effect since January 2026, requires disclosing virtual staging on listing photos; check your state and MLS rules before publishing staged images either way.

How do I try this before sending a full order?

Send 3 images for a free trial — no credit card required. If the edits match what you’re looking for, place your first paid order and pay by PayPal.

Email [email protected] with a sample bracket, a single frame, or a floor plan sketch, and note which service you want tested. There’s no minimum order once the trial’s done, so your first paid batch can be as small as you need it to be.
