If you’re comparing HDR image blending services on turnaround, the number that matters is “hours from last upload,” not “hours from order placed.” Uploading in one batch instead of trickling files in over the day keeps the 24-hour window intact. What’s the difference between HDR blending and photo retouching?

How many exposures do you need, and what format?
Send whatever bracket you shot — 3 to 9 exposures per angle is typical, RAW or JPEG, no minimum order and no file size cap. Sequential file names or your camera’s default naming both work fine.
Upload through Dropbox or Google Drive — there’s no dedicated Pixflows upload portal. Grouping folders by room or angle helps on shoots with 20+ setups, though it’s not required. RAW formats accepted: CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, DNG, alongside JPEG and TIFF.
What do window pull and flambient edits actually include?
Window pull replaces a blown-out window with a properly exposed frame from the same bracket, matched for color and perspective. Flambient blends a flash-lit shot with ambient exposures for interiors where flash alone looks harsh.
Neither edit adds, removes, or moves anything already in the room. Furniture placement, wall color, flooring, and fixtures stay exactly as shot. Adding furniture to an empty room falls under virtual staging instead — a separate service priced apart from HDR blending, and one that furnishes empty spaces without altering walls, floors, ceilings, or fixtures.
What happens if a blend doesn’t look right on delivery?
Send it back with notes — revisions are free and unlimited until the image looks right, with no time limit and no revision cap. A re-blend follows the same 24-hour turnaround as the original order.
Files stay on hand for 30 days after delivery. Common revision requests: window color temperature mismatch, over-blended shadows, or straightening missed on a lens with heavy distortion — none of these carry a re-edit fee.
