What do I send — raw frames or a stitched file?
Either works. Send the individual bracketed exposures straight from your 360 camera or nodal rig and we’ll stitch them into a full sphere, or send an already-stitched equirectangular file if you only need cleanup done on it. Note which one you’re sending in your order so we know which step to start from.
We accept RAW (CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, DNG), JPEG, and TIFF, with no file size limit and no minimum order — a single panorama or a full walkthrough set both go through the same process.
What exactly happens during editing?
We blend the bracketed exposures across the full sphere the same way we’d blend a standard HDR set for a room, then level the horizon, remove the tripod and nadir artifacts at the base of the shot, and correct white balance and color so the panorama matches the rest of your listing photos.
If you’re sending several panoramas from the same walkthrough, flag that in your order notes. The output is a clean equirectangular file, ready to drop into a tour platform without further stitching on your end.
How much does it cost, and how fast does it come back?
Panorama editing starts at $1.50/image, with 24-hour turnaround from your last file upload for standard orders — larger batches can run 24-48 hours. The clock starts when your upload finishes, not when you place the order. There’s no minimum order, so a single panorama or a full property set both work.
Will the finished file work with my virtual tour software?
The delivered file is a standard equirectangular JPEG, the format most 360 tour viewers and hosting platforms expect. We edit the panorama itself — we don’t build, host, or embed the interactive tour player; that step happens on your end with whatever platform you use.
If you’ve already scanned the property with Matterport and need furniture added inside that scan rather than a stitched panorama, that’s a separate service — see the link below.
What’s out of scope?
We edit files you send us — we don’t shoot the panorama, and we don’t supply the camera, nodal rig, or tripod. We also don’t build the tour itself: once the panorama’s stitched and cleaned, wiring it into your virtual tour software is on your end.
Revisions are unlimited and free until you’re happy with the result — send notes on what needs fixing and it goes through the same turnaround as the original order. Delivered files stay on file for 30 days.

Scanning the property with Matterport on the same visit?
Panorama editing stitches and cleans a set of 360° bracket exposures into a single equirectangular file for tour platforms you host yourself. A Matterport scan is a different capture entirely, and staging inside that scan runs through Matterport virtual staging instead. Need standard listing photos from the same shoot blended too? See HDR photo editing. Full pricing across services is on the real estate photo editing overview.
