We handle real estate photo editing (HDR, color correction, sky replacement, item removal), virtual furniture staging, 2D and 3D floor plans, 360° panorama editing, Matterport virtual staging, and real estate video editing. We also do e-commerce product retouching and automotive photo editing.

Yes. New clients get 3 complimentary edited images on their first order — no credit card required. Send us your photos, tell us your preferred style, and we’ll deliver samples within 24 hours so you can evaluate our work before committing to a paid batch.

Fill in the Request a Quote form or email us with your requirements — number of images, service type, deadline, and any style notes. We reply with a confirmed price and turnaround time, then send an upload link. First-time clients typically go live within a few hours of first contact.

We accept RAW files (CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, DNG), JPEG, TIFF, and PSD for photos. For video: MP4, MOV, and camera-native LOG formats. No file size limit and no minimum order — send us 1 image or 10,000. For best HDR results we recommend 5 bracketed exposures at ±2 EV.

Dropbox, Google Drive, or any public cloud service — share the folder link and we take it from there. For repeat clients we set up a dedicated shared folder so you never have to re-explain how to send files.

Published per-image rates: HDR real estate from $1.20/image · Single-image enhancement from $1.20/image · Virtual furniture staging from $20/image · 2D floor plans from $10/floor · 3D floor plans from $25/floor · 360° panorama editing from $1.50/image. Volume discounts kick in above 50 images/month. E-commerce, automotive, video, and Matterport are custom-quoted — request a quote with your monthly volume.

Per final delivered image. If you send us a 5-bracket HDR set, that’s $1.20 — not $6.00. Object removals (car, sign, pet, kennel) are add-ons priced per item on top of the base editing rate; we tell you the total before we start.

PayPal. We invoice per order for new clients, and switch to monthly consolidated invoicing once you’re a regular. No subscription lock-in and no card surcharge.

24 hours from the moment your last file finishes uploading, for standard photo editing (HDR, enhancement, sky replacement, virtual staging up to 5 images). Larger orders and 3D floor plans / Matterport / video work take 24-48 hours. If you need it faster for an open house, tell us — we can usually accommodate rush jobs at no extra cost when we have capacity.

Unlimited free revisions until you’re happy. Send us any note — color, sky, item removal, staging placement — and we rework the image until it matches your brief. No time limit, no revision cap, no charge.

Tell us specifically what’s wrong and we’ll rework it — that’s our unlimited-revisions promise. We’d rather redo the work than argue over an invoice. If after honest attempts we still can’t hit your brief, we cancel the invoice for those specific images.

We adapt to your style. Most US clients ask for “bright, natural, MLS-compliant” — no over-saturated HDR halos, no fake skies unless requested, walls stay true to color. For luxury listings we go slightly more punchy on contrast and window pulls. Tell us your preference once and we save it as a profile for all future orders.

Yes. Standard removals (cords, flash pops, dust spots, minor blemishes) are included in the base rate. Larger objects (cars, signs, pets, furniture) are priced per item — quoted per order depending on complexity. Fire in fireplace, TV screen replacement, and lawn/sky enhancement are add-ons quoted per image.

Yes. We only add furniture, décor, and staging elements to empty rooms — we do not alter walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures, structural elements, or hide damage. We can watermark staged images and deliver both original + staged versions so you have the compliance pair ready for MLS. This became a misdemeanor in California under AB 723 (Jan 2026), with fines of $500–5,000, so it matters.

Full-resolution JPEG at maximum quality (Level 12), sized to your original image dimensions. On request, we also deliver web-optimized JPEGs (1600px long edge, ~200KB) alongside — useful for MLS uploads and social. PSD delivery available on request.

30 days from delivery. If you need permanent backup, download and store your finals within that window. Contact us if you need us to hold files longer for a specific reason.

You do. Pixflows keeps zero rights over your images. We don’t use client work in our public portfolio without written permission, and we don’t sublicense to anyone.

Hanoi, Vietnam. Our editing team works in shifts that cover US Eastern and Pacific business hours — you can reach us during your workday, not just overnight. All client communication is in English.

All uploads use HTTPS/SSL. Files stay in Dropbox or Google Drive folders with access limited to the editor assigned to your account. Everything is deleted 30 days after delivery. NDAs available on request.
